Colorado Shipyard Corporation (CSC) has a Joint Venture with Harwood Marine of Harwood, NSW, Australia for the building of ships. Harwood Marine is an Australian owned and managed International Shipbuilding, Marine Construction, Project Management, Design, Engineering and Shipping Transport Group that has been established since 1984.

In the Joint Venture, Harwood supplies the Marketing, Materials, Equipment and Basic Engineering for the ships and CSC provides the technical expertise, detailed engineering, planning, facilities, shipyard equipment and labor to build the ships. Harwood and CSC are presently building a 76 Meter Combination Passenger/Cargo vessel to be used in Tahiti. The vessel will be delivered in August of 2011.

Harwood and CSC also join in the construction of Aluminum Yachts and Sailboats.

PRCC is another company owned by the Uy family and located next to Colorado Shipyard Corporation. The company started as a partnership in 1968 with projects building small warehouses, industrial and commercial buildings. In 1973, PRCC was registered as a corporation. As the years passed, the company undertook various projects, increased the number of employees and upgraded its equipments. Currently, the company hires over a hundred competent and skilled workers and has the equipments to fully answer the needs of various projects and complete each contract to the client’s satisfaction.
